OVERVIEW
Altitude & Iron Co. operates AltitudeIron.com and its related products, content, tools, and services. The terms “Altitude & Iron,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Altitude & Iron Co.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Information provided during account creation or checkout must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, dimensions, and designs accurately. Screen settings, manufacturing methods, garment construction, and normal production variations can cause minor differences.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and designs may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders when reasonably necessary.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we confirm the order for fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate reasons.
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount. Customers are responsible for reviewing product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, and addresses before submitting an order.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed during checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment when required. International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, or customs charges.
MADE-TO-ORDER FULFILLMENT
Many products are produced after purchase by third-party fulfillment partners. Once production begins, an order may not be changeable or cancelable. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
SHIPPING
Processing and delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, product availability, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Additional information appears in our Shipping Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its original text, artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, product names, and other content are owned by or licensed to Altitude & Iron and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
Acceptable references to telecommunications culture do not grant permission to use third-party trademarks, logos, or protected material displayed or referenced on the website.
CUSTOMER CONTENT AND REVIEWS
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
You grant Altitude & Iron a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt submitted content for operating and promoting the business, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or inappropriate content.

Altitude & Iron is the seller responsible for purchases made from our store. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of our products.

By using the services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the store, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, analyze performance, and provide advertising subject to applicable privacy choices.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altitude & Iron and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Altitude & Iron against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
NO WAIVER
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
